Carsten Boyd was founded by designer entrepreneur, Ramón Asunción, Jr. He established the company in St. Louis.

His passion for motorsport, cars, music, style, and  “shades” led him to establish his own eyewear company. A brand that signifies excellence, sophistication, and class. 

In pursuit of unparalleled eyewear quality, Ramón works with Italian and Japanese artisans with more than half a century of experience. These artisans handcraft his designs for the Magnus and Ortus collections.

History now starts for the new icon. All for the glory of God.
